Laura Herlovich has spent more than 2/3 of her life as an entertainment and sports publicist beginning in college as she served as an assistant in the Sports Information Office at her alma mater, Bradley University.  That position led to four years with the Utah Jazz Public Relations Dept. from 1980-84 as one of the first women to hold a title of PR Director in the NBA.

After relocation to Las Vegas with the Utah Jazz, she spent seven years in Hotel/Casino PR with the Riviera, Sahara, Aladdin and Bally’s (working with entertainers such as Frank Sinatra and Redd Foxx, Sam Kinison and Alice Cooper, and Barry Manilow and Don Rickles) before starting the first PR only public relations firm in the city with PR Plus.

Since semi-retiring in 2017 she has continued to represent the Pawn Stars and Gladys Knight, both of whom have been clients for more than 15 years.  While she has been honored with numerous awards over her last four decades of PR work, she is most proud of the title of ‘cool aunt’ her nieces and nephews have bestowed upon her.
